Family photography Sussex. Rob and I photographed Tegan when she was sitting up (just crawling) a few years ago. You can see the images from her sitter session on our blog. Oh, how she has grown! It was a pleasure to see her again. Tegan is now a vivacious and confident young girl. It was a delight to also meet her little sister, Thea. Thea is 10 months old and is sitting up so Mum and Dad wanted some wall portraits of their girls at these lovely ages.

We took some portraits of the girls separately and then some images of them together. Tegan was not at all shy and willing to follow all instructions to help with the portrait shoot. I think you’ll agree the girls are gorgeous. It’s so nice to have returning clients and being able to see the children at different ages.

Because not all children want to sit and pose in the studio, we offer children’s portraits in Sussex, Surrey or other locations, as well as our studio portraits in Crawley. In fact, there’s nothing we like more than watching a young family stretch their legs in a beautiful location, where they can feel completely relaxed as we capture a set of informal portraits for them.

We got newborn photographs done with Rob and Karen, they were really accommodating to fit us in at short notice prior to 2 weeks since birth, as they mentioned the sooner the better for these sort of photos. We came into their home studio and were immediately at ease. They explained the process taking on board some of things we wanted and got to work! Our little one didn't want to sleep initially (although we also loved the awake photos they got), but as a team they worked with her, keeping her calm, then got her to sleep and that's when they stepped up the speed! Between them, they worked well for clothes changes/setting changes keeping baby asleep and it was truly a pleasure to watch professionals at their craft. Cut to receiving to the photos which was around about 2 weeks fully edited, we are delighted with the results! Of course cost may be a consideration for some for such photos but we considered it fair for the quality received. Delighted with the outcome and we would recommend it for newborn photos! We are also aware they do other photos for babies/children and would not hesitate to use them in the future!

It's a family run business and the couple who do the baby photo shoots are absolutely lovely. We used them before as well for our first child and came back to them again for our second. They make you feel comfortable and you know your child is in good hands while they get them ready for different poses. They are very professional, friendly and flexible. I'd highly recommend Karen and Rob having attended for a newborn photoshoot which also featured a family shot with our two other toddlers. Karen and Rob were fantastic at engaging our older children whilst ensuring they got those all important shots which we will cherish as parents for years to come and our children once they are older. I was particularly impressed by how many different shots we managed to get in what seemed like a very short frame of time - they truly are very skilled at what they do and as a customer you could not ask for more when wanting to capture that shortlived, fleeting newborn period.Our family and friends have loved the pictures we have shared and the passion Rob and Karen have for their craft really does come across in the pictures they capture so beautifully, thank you!
