This is sweet baby Elyza. Elyza came with her Mum and Dad and two brothers, Aydin and Zydan to our home studio to have a family newborn session. Mum booked the newborn session while still pregnant, so we were able to photograph Elyza within our recommended timeframe for newborn photography at 11 days. We photograph babies at all ages, however, before 12 days is perfect. Newborns are sooooo sleepy.

Having three young ones now, Mum and Dad were keen to get some family portraits during this newborn session. Although we concentrate primarily on newborn portraits first, we are always happy to include some family portraits as well. As you can imagine, this can be tricky with many youngsters because they don’t always understand or want to co-operate! For this shoot, however, we were blessed with two boys were very patient whilst we took some sibling portraits with their baby sister. Aydin and Zydan were very careful not to wake Elyza when it was their turn to be included in the photos and we got some gorgeous family portraits for Mum and Dad to keep. Didn’t they do well! And who wouldn’t want a portrait like the last one shown here, as their ‘babies’ grow up!?!?
