We’ve opened up all dates in April and May for our Spring Portrait sessions, because bluebells flower at slightly different times each year.

Our bluebell portraits take place in a beautiful wooded area of Outwood, in Surrey – just about 15 mnutes from our Sussex portrait studio…

Our bluebell portrait sessions are for (almost) everybody!

Essentially, we can cater for almost any age, from toddler and upwards.

Most of our bluebell portraits involve younger children, but we can include kids of all ages, or adults, and even couples if you’d like.

We don’t want to damage the area, so we limit our bluebell portrait sessions to a maximum of 4 children (all of whom must be from the same household) for our bluebell sessions.

We would also politely encourage all visitors to any bluebell woods, to take every care to ensure the woods and plants are left undamaged.

We’re not too hung up on exact times, but your bluebell photo shoot will usually last around 30 minutes for the session itself…

We can get everything we need in this time, so you don’t have to worry about little ones getting bored – and we’ll work fast to ensure we get a fantastic set of beautiful, natural, and informal portraits for you to keep.

You’ll want to allow some extra time to get to the spot we’ll meet – and we suggest also adding more time for a relaxed walk among the bluebells afterwards too. 🙂

Yes, we do have some limited availabiity during weekends. However, weekend sessions are subject to a £50 weekend premium.

Yes, you’ll be able to do this via an online link we’ll include when we confirm your booking with you.

You’ll be able to change your session date online, anytime up to 24hrs before your session is due to take place.

This allows the most flexibility in case of bad weather, or if this year’s bluebell season arrives earlier or later than expected.

Yes, indeed! Our bluebell portrait sessions include your favourite 10 images in the session price.

You’ll be able to choose these from a gallery of at least 20 unique images for you to choose from (often more).

You can also add more images if you want to, plus we have a complete range of printed products available for purchase too if you’d like.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while, but I never had a spare moment! I found Baby Shoots Photography online after a thorough search for baby photographers. This business stood out to me purely because of their reviews as well as having the most professional and gorgeous photos on their instagram account (which you should totally follow!). I was a little anxious at first as I had a previous photographer for all my baby/family photoshoots who we were so loyal too, but unfortunately for us, she undertook a new venture! However, the anxiety quickly disappeared when Karen and Rob took time to listen to what I wanted and reassured me that they would do their absolute best to meet my needs with such patience and kindness.Karen and Rob did such a wonderful job for us (back in February this year). We got newborn photographs done with Rob and Karen, they were really accommodating to fit us in at short notice prior to 2 weeks since birth, as they mentioned the sooner the better for these sort of photos. We came into their home studio and were immediately at ease. They explained the process taking on board some of things we wanted and got to work! Our little one didn't want to sleep initially (although we also loved the awake photos they got), but as a team they worked with her, keeping her calm, then got her to sleep and that's when they stepped up the speed! Between them, they worked well for clothes changes/setting changes keeping baby asleep and it was truly a pleasure to watch professionals at their craft. Cut to receiving to the photos which was around about 2 weeks fully edited, we are delighted with the results! Of course cost may be a consideration for some for such photos but we considered it fair for the quality received. Delighted with the outcome and we would recommend it for newborn photos! We are also aware they do other photos for babies/children and would not hesitate to use them in the future!

I'd highly recommend Karen and Rob having attended for a newborn photoshoot which also featured a family shot with our two other toddlers. Karen and Rob were fantastic at engaging our older children whilst ensuring they got those all important shots which we will cherish as parents for years to come and our children once they are older.
